Description：

The MC38 murine colon carcinoma cell line was derived from 3-methylcholanthrene-treated C57BL/6 mice .

Culture medium:

It was grown in Dulbecco's modified Eagle medium (DMEM) supplemented with 10% heat-inactivated fetal bovine serum (FBS), 100 μg/ml streptomycin and 100 μg/ml penicillin (all from of Gibco, Invitrogen) and 2 mM glutamine (Cambrex).
