BioVector® WA25 (commonly referred to as H25) is a human embryonic stem cell line (hESC). It is part of the original set of seminal cell lines established by James Thomson’s laboratory at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. WA25 is pluripotent, meaning that under appropriate culture conditions, it can proliferate indefinitely and differentiate into any cell type from the three germ layers (ectoderm, mesoderm, and endoderm).
