BioVector® PLum-AD is an engineered mouse prostate cancer cell line derived from transgenic mouse models. 2. 培养条件

2. Culture Conditions
Basal Medium: BioVector® PrEGM or DMEM/F-12 (1:1).
Serum Supplement: 5% - 10% BioVector® Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS).
Hormone Supplement: Requires supplementation with synthetic androgens (e.g., 1-10 nM R1881) to maintain the androgen-dependent growth phenotype.
Incubation: 37°C, 5% $CO_2$.
