BioVector® SPPHli004-A is a human Induced Pluripotent Stem Cell (iPSC) line, a key member of the standardized SPPHli series. This line was established from somatic cells of a healthy donor using non-integrative reprogramming technologies (typically Sendai virus or episomal vectors). SPPHli004-A exhibits classic human pluripotent stem cell characteristics, capable of infinite self-renewal and differentiation into any cell type of the human body under specific inductive conditions. The line undergoes rigorous quality control, including karyotyping, pluripotency marker testing, and tri-lineage differentiation validation, serving as a standard control line or a foundational model for differentiation studies in biomedical research.
