培养与操作要点

培养基： 必须使用专用的原代肝细胞培养基，通常需添加胰岛素、地塞米松及各种生长因子。

Primary Human Hepatocytes (PHH) are not a single "cell line" but are primary cells isolated directly from human liver tissue. They are considered the gold standard for in vitro liver models due to their authentic metabolic activity, though they have a limited lifespan and do not proliferate like immortalised cell lines.

Culture & Maintenance
