BioVector TM

The STOSE (Spontaneously Transformed Ovarian Surface Epithelial) cell line is a murine model primarily used to study high-grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC). It was established by spontaneously immortalising ovarian surface epithelial cells (M0505 line) from FVB/N mice through long-term propagation.
