BioVector TM pAT04 质粒是一种专为鲍曼不动杆菌（Acinetobacter baumannii）基因组编辑和重组工程设计的辅助质粒。
基础载体： 衍生自广宿主表达载体 pMMB67EH。
功能系统： 携带 RecAb 系统（源自鲍曼不动杆菌自身的 RecA 和 RecB 同源物），用于介导高效的同源重组。
选择性标记： 具有潮霉素（Hygromycin）抗性（HygR）。
主要用途：
在鲍曼不动杆菌中进行精确的基因敲除、插入或替换。
作为“重组酶辅助质粒”，在完成基因编辑后，该质粒在无抗生素压力下具有不稳定性，易于从宿主菌中消除（Curing）。
