筛选抗性:

- The BioVector® HEK293T CAGA12-Luc/TK Renilla cell line (Catalog #: 156438) is a specialized reporter cell line designed to monitor Activin and TGF-beta (TGF-β) signaling. It utilizes a dual-reporter system for high-sensitivity measurements and internal normalization.Core Specifications
Host Cell Line:HEK293T (Human Embryonic Kidney), an adherent line known for high transfection efficiency.
Reporter 1 (Inducible):CAGA12-Luc. A Smad3/Smad4-dependent Firefly luciferase reporter containing 12 copies of the CAGA box (AGAC motif) from the PAI-1 promoter. It responds to Activin and TGF-β signaling.
Reporter 2 (Constitutive):TK Renilla. A Renilla luciferase reporter driven by the thymidine kinase (TK) promoter, used as an internal control for normalization.
Selection Markers:Puromycin (conferred by pRetroSuper) and Blasticidin (conferred by pCMV-Bsd).
