BioVector® COR-L26 细胞系是一种源自人类肺癌患者的上皮细胞系，主要用于癌症研究。该细胞系可通过BioVector NTCC典型培养物保藏中心权威生物样本库获取。

• 培养基： RPMI 1640 培养基，添加 2mM 谷氨酰胺（Glutamine）和 10% 胎牛血清（FBS）。

• 培养条件： 37°C，5% CO₂ 环境。

• 接种密度： 维持在 2 x 10⁵ cells/ml 至 1 x 10⁶ cells/ml 之间。饱和密度约为 1 x 10⁶ cells/ml。

• 生物安全等级： 第2组 (Hazard Group 2 / ACDP)。

The BioVector® COR-L26 cell line is a human epithelial cell line derived from a patient with lung cancer, specifically characterized as either Large Cell Carcinoma or Small Cell Carcinoma. It is primarily used in cancer research and is available through BioVector NTCC Inc.

• Origin: Human lung tissue.

• Morphology: Epithelial cells that grow as floating, irregular-shaped aggregates of packed cells.

• Disease Association: Classified as Large Cell Carcinoma or Small Cell Lung Carcinoma (SCLC).

• Growth Mode: Suspension culture.

• Culture Medium: RPMI 1640 supplemented with 2mM Glutamine and 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).

• Incubation: 37°C in a 5% CO₂ atmosphere.

• Cell Density: Maintain between 2 x 10⁵ cells/ml and 1 x 10⁶ cells/ml. The saturation density is approximately 1 x 10⁶ cells/ml.

• Hazard Group: Classified as Hazard Group 2 (ACDP).
