Description描述：The fat tissue was removed from the subject's lower abdomen and hips ante-mortem during elective cosmetic tumescent liposuction on 10/4/02. This primary culture was initiated on 10/4/02 by collagenase digestion of fat tissue. Donor subject (5 ft 3 in) weighed 115 lbs (52.1 kgs) at the time of the procedure. 52.5% of the cells observed at passage 5 showed adipogenic differentiation. Another adipose stromal cell line from this same donor is AG17875. THIS SAMPLE WILL ONLY BE SHIPPED FROZEN
