SB100X-specific transposon containing a constitutive BFP and PuroR expression unit and a constitutive human TLR2 expression unit (ITR-PhEF1α-hTLR2-pA:PRPBSA-BFP-P2A-PuroR-pA-ITR). hTLR2 was PCR amplified using OYL185 (5’- GCCCCCCGGCCTCTGAGGCCGCCCACCATGCCACATACTTT-3’, SfiI underlined) and OYL186 (5’-CCCCCCAAGCTTCTAGGACTTTATCGCAGCTCT-3’, HindIII underlined) and inserted into corresponding sites of pSBbi-BP (SfiI/HindIII).
