Propagation Requirements The base medium for this cell line is Prigrow II medium available at BioVector NTCC Inc., Cat. No. NTCC-TM002. To make the completed growth medium, add the following components to the base medium: fetal bovine serum (NTCC-TM999) to a final concentration of 10% and Penicillin/Streptomycin Solution (G255) to a final concentration of 1%. May be grown with presence of 1 μg/ml puromycin but is not required for optimal cell growth.
