MigR1-AE9a plasmid vector哺乳动物逆病毒质粒载体
MigR1 is a MSCV-IRES-EGFP retroviral construct, similar to pMig (Addgene vector 9044). See "Pear, Baltimore, Blood. 1998 Nov 15;92(10):3780-92". We used the oligonucleotides 5'-GTTTGGATGA TATGGCCATTG-3' and 5'-CCATCGATCCTCA TATGACCCAGGACAGC-3' in PCR with cDNA from Kasumi-1 cells to generate a DNA fragment from the BamHI site of ETO to the ETO9a coding sequence including the stop codon. We subcloned this fragment into the pGEM vector (Promega) and subsequently inserted it into the BamHI and EcoRI sites of MigR1-AE to form MigR1-AE9a.
