QM7 cell line细胞株

In the myotube state, the cells express muscle specific proteins such as desmin, cardiac troponin T, cardiac troponin C, skeletal troponin T, skeletal troponin I, alpha tropomyosin. QM7 cells transfect with high efficiency, and are useful for studying many aspects of muscle differentiation and gene expression. To prevent loss of myoblastic cell, cultures should be subcultured before they become confluent and the line should be recloned periodically with selection for myoblastic cells.
