Ten (10) clonal lines from mouse ovarian surface epithelium of C57B6 mice were developed. Mouse ovarian surface epithelial cells (MOSEC; C57Bl6 mouse) were isolated and cultured in vitro and underwent spontaneous transformation after multiple passage. The parental cell line was cloned and 10 lines were established .All ten cell lines form tumors when injected into mice. Following intraperitoneal injection into C57Bl6 mice tumors seed throughout the peritoneal cavity and ascites fluids accumulate similar to late stage ovarian cancer in women. Histopathologic analysis of tumors revealed a highly malignant neoplasm containing both carcinomatous and sarcomatous components.Cell lines are:ID8,IC5,ID5, ID9,IF5,IG10,2C6,2C12,3E3,3B11
