The PRESTO-Tango Kit can be used to measure receptor activation for more than 300 GPCRs via a modified Tango beta-arrestin recruitment assay.

This kit will be sent as bacterial glycerol stocks in 96-well plate format.
These constructs are codon-optimized and differ from the sequences listed in the NCBI database. For more information, visit the Roth Lab PRESTO-Tango web page which provides the codon-optimized DNA sequences and the protein sequences for each construct.
