Complete Growth Medium The base medium for this cell line is RPMI-1640 Medium. To make the complete growth medium, add the following components to the base medium: fetal bovine serum to a final concentration of 10%. Subculturing Cultures can be maintained by addition of fresh medium. Alternatively, cultures can be established by centrifugation with subsequent resuspension at 1 x 105 viable cells/mL. Maintain cultures at a cell concentration between 1 x 105 and 1 x 106 cells/mL. Medium Renewal: Add fresh medium (20% to 30% by volume) every 2 to 3 days. Cryopreservation Complete growth medium 95%; DMSO, 5%. Culture Conditions Temperature: 37°C
