Jurkat 76 is a human T cell line devoid of alpha and beta TCR chains and these cells thus have been extensively used to study function and specificity of conventional alpha/beta TCRs but also of TCRs derived from MAIT cells or δ/αβ T cells
Growth medium:
RPMI 1640, 90%; FBS, 10%; supplemented with penicillin G (100 U/ml), streptomycin (100 µg/ml),
L-glutamine (2 mM, 0.3 mg/ml).
Growth Conditions: 37oC, 5% CO2
