endonuclease CRISPR/Cas9. Compared to the traditional TALEN and ZFN technologies for gene knockout,
CRISPR/Cas9 KO Kit can be more easily manipulated and exhibits the highest knockout-efficiency.
CRISPR/Cas9 KO Kit is applicable to modify genes in almost all kinds of mammalian cells.
The pGK1.1 linear vector contains two components: Cas9 nuclease expression cassette and guide RNA (gRNA)
cloning cassette. The designed DNA fragment encoding the target-specific CRISPR RNA (crRNA) can be fast
and highly efficiently cloned into the gRNA cloning cassette.
This kit enables you to easily edit genomic DNA with a single vector and enjoy an accurate output with low offtarget
effects.
