transfected Spodoptera-derived insect cells. Transcription is driven by the AcNPV-derived hr5 enhancer and immediate early promoter, IE1. pIEx-4 contains C-terminal S•Tag and His•Tag coding
sequences. Unique sites are shown on the circle map.
