Add 100 µl each of Trace Metal solutions according to the following order:
Na2MoO4 x 2 H2O 12.00 g
VOSO4 x H2O 1.00 g
MnCl2 x 4 H2O 5.00 g
ZnSO4 x 7 H2O 0.60 g
CuSO4 x 5 H2O 0.15 g
CoCl2 x 6 H2O 8.00 g
NiCl2 x 6 H2O 0.20 g
Adjust to pH 7.5 at room temperature and add water to the final volume of 1 liter.
Sterilize with and autoclave at 121°C for 15 min.
Incubation time: 1-2 days
