pGAPT曲霉表达载体，带有glaA启动子和终止子。 The vector pGAPT was used for the expression of target gene in Aspergillus. Base 1 to 1134 contains Aspergillus niger glucoamylase gene promoter. Base 1227 to 1485 and 3079 to 3100 contains Aspergillus niger glucoamylase terminator. Aspergillus nidulans pyrG gene was inserted from 1486 to 3078 as a marker for fungal transformation. The rest of the plasmid contains pUC18 sequences for propagation in E. coli.
