TP53 Status:Wild-type (WT). Unlike many other neuroblastoma lines, it retains functional p53, making it ideal for studying DNA damage response. [1]
Genetics: Exhibits classic neuroblastoma markers such as 1p chromosomal deletion.
Research Applications:
High-throughput Screening: Used to test sensitivity to MYCN inhibitors or ALK inhibitors.
